At QuoteFlow, we strive to provide reliable software and professional support for merchants using our dynamic pricing and quote-building tools. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to QuoteFlow products or services.
1. Digital Product Nature
QuoteFlow is a digital software product delivered electronically. Due to the nature of downloadable software, subscriptions, licenses, and instant-access digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
By purchasing QuoteFlow, you acknowledge that you are buying access to digital software, documentation, updates, and related services.
2. Shopify App Refunds
For the Shopify version of QuoteFlow:
- Billing is handled directly through Shopify.
- Refund requests related to Shopify subscriptions may be subject to Shopify’s billing and app subscription policies.
- Merchants can uninstall the app at any time to stop future recurring charges.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will review the situation fairly.
3. WooCommerce / WordPress Plugin Refunds
For purchases made directly through Vertim Coders:
We may offer refunds within 7 days of purchase under reasonable circumstances such as:
- The plugin does not function as described
- A confirmed technical issue cannot be resolved
- Major compatibility problems verified by our team
Refunds are generally not granted for:
- Change of mind
- Purchasing by mistake
- Lack of required features already not advertised
- Conflicts caused by third-party plugins, themes, or custom code
- Failure to read product requirements before purchase
- Temporary setup difficulties when support assistance is available
4. Support Before Refund
Before requesting a refund, we encourage customers to contact our support team.
Many issues can be resolved quickly through:

- Compatibility guidance
- Formula or workflow setup help
- Documentation and onboarding support
Our goal is to help you successfully use QuoteFlow whenever possible.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for previous billing periods already charged.
6. Custom Development & Services
Custom development work, integrations, setup services, or consulting services related to QuoteFlow are non-refundable once work has started.
Any custom project terms may be covered separately in a dedicated agreement or proposal.
7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases involving:
- Abuse of the refund policy
- Repeated refund requests
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorized redistribution or misuse of the software
