Quote Request Management

Complete interface to process every incoming customer request.

Paginated list, filterable by status (pending / approved), sortable by date. Search by email or reference.

Complete customer information, summary of calculator values entered, estimated price, and context (product or page).

Download files uploaded by the customer. Binary storage in database, secured endpoint /app/quotes/files/{id}.

Enter the negotiated price, then click “Approve”. Status transitions to approved and the customer email is sent automatically.
