Install from the Shopify App Store

The merchant installs QuoteFlow. The OAuth 2.0 flow launches automatically, requests the required permissions, and stores the encrypted access token in the database.

Create a Calculator (6-Step Builder)

The heart of the application. The merchant builds their calculator in 6 guided steps with tabbed navigation and a permanent live preview panel.

Link to Shopify Products

Builder step 5: associate the calculator with all shop products, or select specific products via a search against the Shopify Admin API.

Configure Quote Settings

Publish the Calculator

Transitions status from draft → active via the Publish button. The calculator is immediately available on the storefront via the Shopify Theme Extension.

Receive & Manage Quotes

Requests appear in the Quotes table with pending status. The merchant reviews details (form values, file attachments, customer info), enters a negotiated price, and approves or rejects.
